My Review - Divider

Another entertaining and intriguing mystery book that I’ve read!

The book was about an orphan boy named Andrew Day that was chosen for a scholarship on a private school. It was a scholarship where a lot of students tried to applied but to no luck, they never got it and only Andrew was chosen. He met some friends there and they told him a very old story going around the town.

It was about the billionaire Lyndon Surway that disappeared around 1960. It was said that he had left most of his fortune to a man named Lucian Baker but what made it more intriguing was no one could even find where and who is Lucian Baker and that’s why the said fortune remained unclaimed. Many tried to find it but no one became successful on it. Then, everything will just change when Andrew discovered something about the fortune and that’s where the story will go.

I like how it was told! The way it was written told me that the author was really great on storytelling and I like how he wrote a very different plot from most of what I’ve read.

The characters are all great and they all have their own characteristics that really made me love them. The character’s development was really good. It was just, sometimes, I find myself a little bit disconnected with them but that was not a big thing for me.

The ending just leave me with lots of questions running on my mind. I am looking forward on the sequel of this book if there will be one.

All I can say is that this is a nice read for me. I am recommending this book! Try this one if you’re looking for a new mystery book to read!
